Collier School is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Wickatunk, NJ

Collier School is a fully accredited non-profit, private school, that services High School and Middle School students. Through quality education, specialized instruction and therapeutic support, students come to experience themselves as caring, talented and high achieving individuals. Collier High School is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support for students
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Write and implement Behavior Implementation Plans (BIP)
  • Write and maintain Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis
  • Work closely with administration, social workers, parents and teacher
  • Develop and conduct staff training, as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Special Education or related human services field
  • Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations
  • Ability to work with a variety of high school students with various behavioral disabilities
  • Certified as a BCBA or BCaBA for a minimum of 2 years of experience writing and implementing behavior plans
